3. What categories of cookies does the website use?
The website may use the following categories of cookies:
A. Necessary cookies
These are required for the proper functioning of the website, remembering the user’s cookie choices, handling forms and ensuring security.
These cookies may be used without the user’s consent because they are necessary for the website to function.
B. Analytics cookies
These are used to measure how the website is used, traffic sources, clicks, form submissions and other analytics events.
These cookies are used only after the user gives consent.
C. Marketing cookies
These may be used to remember information about the source of the visit, campaign parameters and consent to receive occasional marketing communication.
These cookies are used only after the user gives consent.

4. Cookies used by Nexinlab
cr_consent

cr_attr
Type: first-party cookie used only after consent to analytics or marketing.
Purpose: remembers information about the source of the visit if the URL contains recognised campaign parameters.
When it is set: only when the user consents to analytics or marketing and the URL contains relevant parameters, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, campaignId, rid, gclid, fbclid, li_fat_id or similar.
Storage period: 60 days.
If the user rejects analytics and marketing cookies, this cookie is not stored or is deleted.
5. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
The website may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
These tools are used to:
- analyse website traffic;
- measure form effectiveness;
- measure clicks on CTAs, e-mail, phone and other elements;
- assess traffic sources;
- improve the website and services.
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are loaded with restricted consent settings by default. Analytics storage is possible only after the user gives the relevant consent.
Google may use its own cookies, such as _ga, _ga_<id> or similar. The specific names and storage periods may depend on the Google Tag Manager configuration and Google services.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile and website security
The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms against spam, bots and abuse.
Cloudflare Turnstile works through a security verification mechanism and may process technical data necessary to assess whether a form is being used by a human.
Additionally, if Cloudflare protection mechanisms are enabled at the Cloudflare level, Cloudflare may use technical security cookies, such as cf_clearance.
The use of such cookies depends on Cloudflare configuration and is not directly set by Nexinlab website code.
7. External technical resources
The website may load external technical resources, in particular:
- Google Fonts;
- Cloudflare scripts or resources;
- technical resources required for the website and forms to function.
Loading such resources does not automatically mean that cookies are stored, but it may involve transferring technical data such as IP address, browser type or network request information.
8. Campaign data and URL parameters
If the user visits the website through a link containing campaign parameters, such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, campaignId, rid, gclid, fbclid or similar, the website may read those parameters.
If the user has not consented to analytics or marketing, the parameters may be used only within the current session and submitted together with the form, without being stored in cookies.
If the user consents to analytics or marketing, information about the visit source may be stored in the cr_attr cookie.
9. How to manage consent
The user can choose whether to consent to analytics and marketing cookies.
The user may:
- accept all cookies;
- reject optional cookies;
- choose specific cookie categories;
- change their decision later in cookie settings, if this option is available on the website.
Necessary cookies are used regardless of consent because they are required for the website to work properly.
10. How to block cookies in the browser
The user may also manage cookies through browser settings.
Cookies may be limited or blocked in browsers such as:
- Google Chrome;
- Mozilla Firefox;
- Microsoft Edge;
- Safari.
Blocking cookies may cause some website functions to work incorrectly, in particular remembering consent choices or handling forms.
