Collaboration process

What working together looks like

A transparent process with no unexpected costs and no changes to parts of the website that already work.

10 steps — from enquiry to outcome

Step 1

You send an enquiry

Share the website address and describe your offer, your customers and the type of enquiry that matters most.

Step 2

Initial qualification

We check whether we can help. If we cannot, we tell you directly.

Step 3

Initial findings or a scope for a paid review

We send you a short assessment or a proposed scope for the paid review.

Step 4

Short discussion

We spend 15–30 minutes discussing the main points and your questions.

Step 5

Proposal and prepayment

We confirm the scope, schedule and cost. Work begins once the deposit has been paid.

Step 6

Access and requirements

You provide the necessary access. We confirm what the work includes and what remains outside the scope.

Step 7

The work

We analyse the enquiry journey, prepare the report and — for a sprint — implement the agreed changes.

Step 8

Quality checks and acceptance

We check the result, review it with you and then ask you to confirm acceptance.

Step 9

Final report

You receive a concise document with the findings, priorities and next steps.

Step 10

Optional next step

A further phase or ongoing support is available only if you need it.

Safe implementation principles

No technical changes begin without:

  • an agreed scope
  • client approval
  • the required access
  • an agreed backup and rollback plan
  • acceptance criteria

Frequently asked questions

Do you build new websites?
No. We work with existing B2B websites. We help make the route to an enquiry easier instead of immediately rebuilding everything from scratch.
Is this a free audit?
No. Our main service is a paid review priced at €151. We only assess free of charge whether that scope of work suits your situation.
What do I receive from the paid review?
A report covering the 5–10 most important issues, their business impact, quick improvements and an action plan. For every point, we explain what to change, where and why.
What happens after submitting the form?
Within 1–2 working days, we propose the next step. This may be a short call, a scope for a paid review or confirmation that the service is not suitable for your situation.
Do you guarantee more enquiries?
We do not promise a fixed percentage increase. Our goal is a simpler route to contact, reliable measurement and the ability to keep improving the website using data.
Can you fix the issues after the review?
Yes. That is what the rescue sprint is for. It costs €563. We implement the agreed changes and do not expand the scope without your approval.
What if we already have a developer?
The review will show them exactly what to change and where. We prepare the report so your developer can start work without having to interpret vague recommendations.
What access do you need?
Depending on the scope, we may need access to the CMS, FTP or repository, Google Analytics and Search Console, and sometimes the forms. We agree everything before work begins.
How long does a sprint take?
5–7 working days. We count from the point when all required access has been provided and the scope confirmed.
Can the review cost be credited towards a sprint?
Yes, when the sprint is ordered within 30 days of the review. The review fee is credited towards the sprint.
