These terms govern access to nexinlab.com and pl.nexinlab.com. The websites provide information and a way to send an enquiry; they do not sell services online. Last updated: 8 July 2026.

These Terms of Use define the rules for using the websites operated under the Nexinlab brand, available at:

The websites are informational and contact-oriented. They present information about Nexinlab services and allow users to contact Nexinlab regarding potential cooperation.

The service operator is FUNDACJA ROZWOJU PRZEDSIĘBIORCZOŚCI “TWÓJ STARTUP”, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. 2. Nature of the website

The Nexinlab website is not an online store.

Users cannot automatically purchase services or make online payments through the website.

Forms available on the website are used to:

  • submit an enquiry;
  • request contact;
  • submit a website for an initial review;
  • describe a website-related situation;
  • start a conversation about possible cooperation.

The scope of service, price, delivery timeline, payment terms and cooperation details are always agreed individually before any service starts.

Nexinlab may provide, in particular, services related to:

  • basic SEO;

  • website improvement design and implementation;

The detailed scope of each service is agreed individually and may be described in an offer, order, agreement, e-mail communication or another document accepted by the parties.

4. No automatic conclusion of contract

Submitting a form through the website does not mean that a contract has been concluded or that a binding order has been placed.

After receiving an enquiry, Nexinlab may contact the user to clarify needs, present a possible scope of work or suggest the next step.

A contract is concluded only after the cooperation terms have been individually agreed, in particular the scope of service, price, delivery timeline and payment terms.

The final price and scope of work are agreed individually after reviewing the client’s needs, website condition, expected scope of work and availability of materials or technical access.

Nexinlab may refuse to provide a service if:

  • the expected scope is outside Nexinlab’s capabilities or specialization;
  • the required deadline is unrealistic;
  • the client does not provide necessary information, materials or access;
  • performance could violate the law, third-party rights or security rules;
  • the scope requires separate specialist legal, technical or industry-specific support.

10. Service delivery

If the parties agree to provide a service, the detailed terms may include:

  • scope of work;
  • pages or elements covered by analysis or implementation;
  • delivery timeline;
  • price;
  • payment terms;
  • required access;
  • client obligations;
  • acceptance criteria;
  • service limitations;
  • rules for changes to the scope of work.

For implementation services, the client should provide the necessary access, materials, information and decisions within the agreed timeframe.

If work requires changes to the client’s website, it is recommended to create a backup or agree on a rollback plan.

11. Changes to the scope of work

Any work outside the agreed scope may require separate pricing and acceptance.

Additional tasks, new pages, new integrations, significant concept changes, feature extensions or work not listed in the agreed scope are not automatically included in the original price.

12. Complaints

Complaints concerning the operation of the website or Nexinlab services may be submitted to:

  • description of the issue;
  • information allowing identification of the service or enquiry to which the complaint relates.
